My boys are already excited about Christmas - despite the fact that we still have Halloween and Bonfire Night to get through!! My youngest has already started to write out his Christmas list as he ploughs his way through the Argos catalogue. My eldest is meticulously working out how far he can stretch the budget this year by contributing some of his pocket money - he's hoping for a mobile phone, Play Station 3 (with several games) and a new pair of football boots!
Whilst you may think Christmas is still a long way off, there are in fact only ten more shopping weekends to go! This year I'm determined not to leave things to the last minute - there is nothing worse than fighting your way through a crowded shopping mall, whilst trying to think of an appropriate present for the father-in-law, who has every gadget and tool known to man.
I'd much rather shop from the comfort of my own home, with a nice warm drink, taking time to choose the right gifts.
